Brooke is making her hair in the bedroom. Ridge walks from behind and kisses her neck but she doesn't look amused.

Ridge: Come on Logan... Don't act like that.

Brooke: I feel bad... You make me feel so stupid. 

Ridge: What? How?

Brooke: You are sending Taylor mixed signals... What if she will think that you want her back?

Ridge: I didn't tell her that I want her back.

Brooke: This is what I would think in her place.

Ridge: I'm sorry... 

Brooke: I don't want to argue. I am going to check on RJ and Coco. We will meet at Forrester Creations.

Brooke leaves the bedroom and Ridge looks worried. 

Next scene: Hope and Steffy are in FC.

Hope: RJ and Coco are supposed to be back soon. 

Steffy: I know.

Hope: I was hoping that then I could work on Hope for the future. 

Steffy: Sure. Have you seen Brooke and Dad?

Hope: They didn't come here yet.

Steffy: Maybe they have an argument.

Hope: About what?

Steffy: Yesterday my dad came to my house when mom and Nick had a date... I bet Brooke is annoyed that dad is so overprotective. 

Hope: Ridge went there to cause problems? 

Steffy: Apparently... He says that he is concerned.

Hope: I knew that Ridge is against Taylor dating Nick, but... Going there is a bit extreme.

Steffy: I know... I want my mom to be happy... If she thinks that she can get it with Nick... So be it. 

Hope: You are a lot calmer now that Taylor is content. 

Steffy: Yeah it has a huge impact on me. It was like that for years. My mom means the world to me.

Hope smiles.

Next scene: Ridge wants to leave the house, but he see's Nick outside his door.

Ridge: Jesus, you were just standing here? You scared me. 

Nick: When I arrived you happened to open the door before I could knock.

Ridge: What do you want Marone?

Nick smiles in a mean way.

Nick: And who are you? Not Marone? Ah yeah... You are Ridge Forester... Only on paper pal. You and me are both sons of the same guy.

Ridge: Whatever... 

Nick: You are delusional... You don't accept who you are and you don't accept that Taylor moves on... 

Ridge: Not if moving on is with you.

Nick: You know what Forester... There is one word that describes you perfectly... Arrogant. 

Ridge smiles.

Next scene: Hope and Steffy still talk.

Steffy: I was a teen that looked at my own mothers depression. Mostly caused by my parents divorce. 

Hope: I know that you suffered Steffy. I'm sorry you had to go through this. 

Steffy: I know that you understand... Now I know.
