Massimo reads a newspaper. Diana puts a pill and water in front of him.

Diana: Don't forget your medicine.

Massimo swallows the pill.

Massimo: Thank you Diana. 

Diana: No problem. How are you feeling today? 

Massimo: Surprisingly well. 

Diana: That's amazing. I'm so hopeful when I look at you. You look better day by day.

Massimo: It's very important that nobody knows. 

Diana: My lips are sealed. 

Brooke and Ridge walk downstairs.

Brooke: Hello

Ridge: Hi there!

Massimo: Hey

Diana waves at them.

Brooke: Massimo, you look great today.

Ridge: It's true... You look amazing dad.

Massimo: Thank you.

Ridge: Maybe... You are getting better? 

Diana and Massimo look at each other.

Next scene: Hope and Liam talk at their home.

Hope: Did I tell you that I had an interesting conversation with Steffy yesterday?

Liam: No..? 

Hope: Apparently Finn's mom doesn't like her and Finn's crazy ex is on a mission to get him back.

Liam: Yikes... I guess she needs a friend right now. I will be seeing Kelly today so maybe she'll tell me something.

Hope: Yeah... Maybe.

Liam: So... Are you excited for the fashion show?

Hope: Yes! 

Hope smiles.

Next scene: Finn and Steffy talk at Malibu home.

Finn: Babe, my parents will be here tonight, is that ok?

Steffy: They... Wanted to come?

Finn: I have invited them.

Steffy: Your mom isn't thrilled about it... Right?

Finn: I don't know, but it's important for me that they come here and spend some time with us.

Steffy: Ok...

Finn: I know that you don't feel comfortable around my mom, but that will change,ok?

Steffy: Ok.

Diana: I feel so guilty that I hide everything from Ridge and the others.

Massimo: Remember what I told you... They can't have a false hope.

Diana: False hope? You could be cured... That's a fact.

Massimo: But I can die as well.

Diana shakes her head.

Massimo: Give me more time... I need to feel better... Otherwise I can't play with my sons and grandchildren's feelings.

Diana: Maybe they would like to feel hopeful...
