It's another day in Los Angeles. Eric, Quinn, Brittany, Thorne and Rick are in Eric's living room.

Eric: It's a wonderful surprise son. 

Rick: I'm happy that we can spend this time together and I meeting you Brittany is really lovely. 

Brittany: The pleasure is on my side.

Thorne: She brought meaning to my life.

Rick: Yeah... I know what you mean Thorne... Lizzie is the light of my life too. 

Thorne: I never knew that I will be a father again, but Brittany is here and it's all that matters.

Eric: How long are you staying in LA?

Thorne: Until I... Until I'll feel that it's time to go back.

Eric: Well I hope that you will stay for a long time. Stay with us... In this home. Your home.

Rick: No dad.

Eric: I insist.

Quinn: Maybe Rick has some other place he wants to stay at.

Rick: I do actually. I will stay with my little sister Hope.

Eric: I see. Let me know if you will change your mind.

Next scene: Brooke looks sad while filling some papers at Forrester Creations. Ridge enters the room.

Ridge: Hey Logan.

Brooke: Hi.

Ridge: Since morning you look rather sad... When you were sad during breakfast I thought that maybe you are just tired, but I walk in and you still look like in the early hours... What's wrong? You should be over the moon... Your oldest son is back in town. 

Brooke: I am happy that I saw Rick again.

Ridge: So why do you look like you're not?

Brooke: I am! 

Ridge: Logan, I know you better than you know yourself... Tell me what's wrong.

Next scene:  Shauna and Quinn talk at Wyatt's Beach house.

Quinn: I tell you Shauna... There is no day that goes by that our house isn't full of people... 

Shauna: Well... Eric has a lot of children and grandchildren... And... Great grand children.

Quinn: Today he wanted to invite Rick to live with us too! You know... Brooke's son! 

Shauna: Hmm... So will he live with you?

Quinn: Fortunately he doesn't want to stay with us.
