Bill and Katie continue talking.

Katie: Bill, you ok?

Bill: Yeah I just... I'm in shock.

Katie: Well, that's the truth. 

Bill: Karen told you?

Katie: It's a long story... The truth just came out.

Bill: Does Caroline know?

Katie: Yes.

Bill: My God... She has to be...

Katie: Happy. She's happy Bill.

Next scene: Dean and Caroline talk in the living room. 

Caroline: So... Do I have grandparents? 

Dean: Yes. 

Caroline: Oh my God, still alive?!

Dean: Yes... 

Caroline: I have to see them.

Dean: When you will get better.

Caroline: And cousins? Aunt? 

Dean: Yeah you have a lot of family. No siblings, but a lot of cousins, aunts, uncles. 

Caroline: Wow...

Caroline smiles and a moment later Dean and Caroline hear a door bell. Caroline opens the door. Thomas and Douglas stand there. 

Douglas: Mommy! 

Caroline: Please come in. I have someone important to show you. Thomas this is... My Dad.

Thomas looks confused.

Caroline: Dad... This is Thomas.

Douglas: Your Dad?

Caroline: Yes Sweety... Your grandpa. 

Next scene: It's morning. Hope and Liam eat breakfast. Hope is not talking to Liam.

Liam: Will you talk to me?

Hope doesn't respond.

Liam: I'm sorry... I should talk to you first.

Hope: You should. You allowed Caroline to have Douglas for the night again without even consulting it with me. 

Liam: But Caroline is his Mother.

Hope: I am his legal Mother now and I need to give permission. It just kills me that you do not respect me enough to at least inform me about your plans. 

Liam: You are right... I'm sorry.

Hope: Are you sorry Liam? You knew that it will hurt me. You knew...  How can I believe that you feel sorry when you knew very well what you were doing?! 

Hope walks out of the room without finishing her breakfast and Liam is left alone and sad. Liam's mobile rings. 

Liam: Hello?

Caroline: Good morning Liam, uhmmm... Katie took Douglas to school. Please inform Hope that Douglas is ok and that he is on his lessons now. She has nothing to worry about.

Liam: Thanks for letting me know. 

Caroline: What's wrong?

Liam: What?

Caroline: Liam I hear that you are sad. 

Liam: Hope is angry at me because I didn't ask her if... Douglas can stay with you for the night.

Caroline: You didn't tell her first?

Liam: No...
