Jack and Nick continue talking.

Jack: You are moving here?

Nick: Sure... I an sleep on your couch for some days until I will find an apartment.

Jack: You can't.

Nick: What? Why?

Nick looks around and see's female clothes and make up.

Nick: Oh... Oh! You live with a girl?

Jack: Yeah.

Nick: So fast?

Nick: I will just book a hotel room.
