Chapter 2

Breaktime…

I am really terrified right now because of Sana and Tzuyu. I swear they will really beat the crap out of me. I am hiding behind the wall and look on the table where my friends Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Dahyun, and Tzuyu are. I look around and find where Mina is. I think she is buying something.

I then walked to our table as if nothing happened. Once I got there I was greeted with a death glare from Tzuyu and Sana. Mina where are youuuu I need you here.

"My babyyyyyy" Nayeon stood up and hugged me as if we haven't seen each other for years. "Wait wait Nayeon I can't breathe" she let go of me and pull me to sit beside her.

"Chaeng you know you still owe me something" Sana said seriously while looking at me with a dangerous glare. I gulp and avoided her eyes. I really need Mina right now she is the only one who can protect me. Where the heck is she?

"So how's everyone's morning?" Jihyo asked while eating her food. "Is that even a question? Of course it is horrible cause it is a morning in school" Nayeon rolled her eyes then proceeded on eating her food.

While they were talking I can't help but wander my eyes around to find Mina. She didn't texted me last night too which is so unusual of her. I didn't eat my food cause I want to eat with her.

"Chae why aren't you eating your food?" Dahyun suddenly asked me that made me startled. "Uhmm I am waiting for Mina. Do you guys know where she is?" I asked and they just all shook their head and continue doing their own business.

Break time is over and Mina didn't even show up. Is she mad at me or something? Did I do something wrong? I walked back to our classroom cause yeah I still have 1 more class.

But I can't stay still cause I am worried about Mina. She isn't the type to ignore me or not show up without telling us why. In fact she is even the one who always text me, call me, and inform me about her whereabouts.

She trusted me the most. I know something is wrong. Once classes are over I head out of school immediately and walked to her apartment hoping she was there. I tried calling her but she still won't answer.

I arrived in front of her apartment. I just went in since I know her password. I am the only one who know her password aside from her. Her apartment is also like my second house because I usually sleep in here and spend my time here with her.

"Mina? Mina are you here?" I called out while I was looking and roaming around but no one answered. She is not here. Where the heck is she? I decided to just rest in her room oh well OUR bedroom.

I considered it as my bedroom too because I always sleep here and yeah I also have some things here in her bedroom. I was thinking where Mina is until my eyes started to feel heavy.

I woke up from the sound of my phone calling.

"Hello?"

"Hel- wait did you just woke up?"

"Yeah who is this?"

"Shut up chae stop pretending you don't recognize this angelic voice"

"What do you want Nayeon?"

"Is Mina with you?"

Right! Mina is she home already?

"No I am not. I am in her apartment right now but she is not here"

"Oh really we've been contacting her since a while ago but she is not answering"

"She isn't answering my calls either. I'll go and find her now. Bye"

"Okay call us when you find her!"

I took a quick shower and get dressed and went down the living room but still Mina is nowhere to be found. I'm started to get worried so I called her mom.

"Hello Ms. Myoui? It's chaeyoung Mina's best friend"

"Oh hi Chaeyoung, why did you call?"

"uhmm do you perhaps know where Mina is"

"Oh no Mina is not here"

"I'm really worried right now because I don't know where she is. She isn't answering our calls"

"Oh really? I'm sorry but I have no idea where she is."

"Excuse me?" I'm really shocked about how she replied. It seems like she didn’t even care about her daughter.

"Look I don't know where that girl went probably she went out to stroll around or something. I'm really busy right now Chaeyoung whoever you are in Mina's life. If you want you can find her yourself. Bye"

"Ms Myo-" What the hell was that
