102.Coming back to me

"Y/n ever since we killed Luca changretta Tommy's not been himself.Three months have past and I don't know what to do"arthur talked to y/n slowly sipping on his whiskey as she leaned against the bar counter and nodded at him

"He's close to you,might even listen to you"arthur pointed at her.Y/n out a hand on his shoulder

"Don't worry arthur I'm going to go to his house and I'm going to snap him out of this.Its about time I scold him eh"she smiled softly at Arthur making him smile a little too and nod.

Y/n took out her car keys and waved at him and exited the pub.She opened the car door and sat inside but looked at herself once in the rear view mirror

"Alright tommy"she sighed

"Let's see what the damage is"she said and drove the car away from the pub on full speed.

"Mary how are you"she greeted her seeing her open the door with a soft smile

"I'm good miss y/n.It's been really long since you've come here"the old woman smiled giving her space to walk inside the house and helped her remove her coat

"Yes it has been"y/n sighed looking once again at the familiar surroundings and nodding

"Where is he?"y/n said not waiting for Mary and walking forward towards his office,being fully aware of where he was.

"Uh Miss"Mary tried to call out to her and run behind her but y/n kept walking not caring if she would disturb him

Y/n opened the doors to the office and stood in the doorway.Her breath immediately being taken from her soul.She saw Tommy standing behind a table drinking alcohol,now looking directly at her not expecting HER to be here

"Y/n?"tommy asked eyeing her up and down,not being ready for this surprise she gave him.Y/n looked back at Mary and mumble a medicine name to her which she knew she had and dismissed her

"Wha-"Tommy couldn't even complete his sentence when y/n started walking towards his quickly.

"God you look like a ghost"she sighed pulling him by his arm and making him sit on the sofa right in front.Tommy didn't pull away from her hold,he never wanted too.He quietly stared at her in confusion

Y/n immediately leaned down a little close to his face making him stiffen a little at the sudden act.

"Tommy do you even eat anything"she hissed putting her fingers near his eyes stretching them a little to see more clearly and examine his eyes properly

"Y/n im alright I-"she cut him off again by stretching the skin on his face a little to examine it properly.

"Tommy quit it"she slapped his shoulder when he was shivering under her touch and was immediately jerking.

He watched y/n.He saw the worry in her eyes for him.The anger in her eyes that he wasn't taking good care of himself.He could see a small gate that could reveal all her emotions.He could see love

He was snapped out of his thoughts again when y/n pulled her soft fingers away and took the medicine bottle from Mary's hands and smiled at her asking to leave

She immediately took out a bit of it on a spoon and held Tommy's chin in her hand so he wouldn't pull away and immediately put the medicine in his mouth causing him to hiss slightly at the bitter taste.

"Stop moving"she told him in a serious tone and he looked in her eyes and stopped.She poured some more medicine in the spoon and slowly brought it up his lips as he gulped it all at once.

All this time tommy was busy falling in his own black hole yet here she is,the woman whose most special to him,leaving behind her business and work and coming here to take care of his damaged soul.

He saw the small smile on her lips.Y/n was happy to take care of him because she always loved him,yet she never told him.Yes Tommy used to meet little less with her because of his business but there bond was strong as ever.

"Tommy"y/n softly said putting the medicine bottle and spoon in the tray.She leaned down on her knees to be on his level

She softly placed her hand on the side of his cheeks,eyes filling with worry and concern seeing his weak and fragile face

"Tommy I need to-I need to know what's happening to you"y/n blurted out at once.If it was someone else asking him this he would've just asked them to fuck off but no.No he wouldn't do it to y/n

He wanted her to stay with him,comfort him,give him the love he never got and she was happily willing too but she just wanted him to tell him what was happening.

"Please tommy"she said as softly as she could to convince him that she was here for him

Tommy took a minute or more to respond to her question but he eventually did

"It's just"he sighed loudly trying to comprehend the words he would say after that

"I feel like I'm falling in a bottomless pit of darkness.Like the devil is dragging me there.I have to stay strong,for this business,for my family,me reputation.Yet still I want to live.I'm dead inside but I want to live"he said closing his eyes and leaning on her forehead like a big weight was lifted from his shoulders

"There's a part of me that's unfamiliar to myself,and I keep finding myself there"he whispered

Y/n felt her heart stop and then melt all at once like a chunk of iron being melted in fire.She slowly leaned back to look at him face to face.Tommy took a deep breath and opened his eyes and stared into her eyes for relief

"I'll help you Tommy"y/n said.Tommy's lips parted a little in shock.

"I'll help you find yourself even if it's gonna take a load of hard work because you're one difficult man"she laughed making Tommy smile a little

"But I'll help you"she said taking a deep breath and looking in his eyes.

Tommy let out a breathy chuckle making y/n squint her eyes a little

"What?"she asked blinking her eyes softly.Tommy leaned in back towards her forehead finding a load of comfort there

"I kept pushing you away"he paused putting his hand on her cheek

"YET HERE YOU ARE COMING BACK TO ME
