I Adore You

chapter31:Saying goodbye is never easy

Sean flew to Detroit to take advantage of his time off and the holidays to go and time with his family and Ariana flew to Florida to spend the holidays with her family.

"Hey grandma on this new album I got there's a surprise in it just for you."

"What would that be?"Mildred asked

" I included that song you used to play on the piano in one of the songs."Sean said proudly

"Well I hope to be able to hear it soon."

"You will."

Sean walked in walked his bedroom and was hit with the amazing smell of his mom and grandmother cooking. Sean always loved coming home but he especially loved for the holidays. For the holidays his mom and grandmother would slave away in the kitchen for days cooking making everyone's favourite. He loved spending the holidays with his family but this year it was just bitter sweet, there was something that was different about this one and he couldn't help but think about it.

Following the scent to the kitchen, Sean walked in quietly making his way to the room sitting in the kitchen counter taking the opportunity he had while both Woman had their backs to him, Sean quickly and quietly looked upon the opinions of food in front of him he could try.

"If you think you, your going to Walt's on in here and have a tast of the food we cook before anybody else you got another think coming." Turning around slowly Sean straightened up and gave them a sheepish smile.

"I not eating to eat in here to help you guys."Sean said wrapping his arms around both his mother and grandmother's shoulders.

"And are you going to help us." Myra asked

"Well you've got two options, one: I could give you a helping hand" he said says rubbing hands together "I've practiced back in L.A. and all the people of consumed my cooking and still breathing." He add earning a laugh from the ladies

"Or two: you could take the safer route and and I could give you a helping mouth." He said.

"A helping mouth?" Mildred questioned

"Yes you I do the taste testing of the food for you guys." Sean said making both women laugh.

Sean tried desperately to convince his mom and grandma to let him have a little taste of the mouth watering food but ended out giving up when, he knew the weren't going to budge not matter how much or long he tried to convince them. After he tried helping them prepare the food Myra and Mildred banned him from coming close to the kitchen appliances, cooking tools, and food after his cut his finger ruined a dish and was caught trying to steal some food. Coming to the conclusion that Sean is helpless in the kitchen and wasn't needed, he went to the living room where the rest if his family was and watched the game that was on tv

"Foods ready come on and eat!" Myra called from the dinning room

Excited to be able to finally eat Sean rushed to the dinning and immediately started serving himself making sure to get his favourites before anyone was able to.
