Chapter54: Slowly falling

"Hey Ari" Alexa said as she awkwardly stepped in the house

"Hey" Zeno greeted rubbing the back of his neck

"Man" Sean said as he walked up to the three of them Joan and Nonna following behind

All six of then stood in the door way for a little in silence as the news digested, before Ariana squealed and pulled Alexa up to her room. Nonna and Joan gave them knowing smiles and went back to cooking dinner as Sean and Zeno went to the living room.

"How? When? And why didn't you tell me??" Ariana rushed out as she sat on her bed with Alexa

"I'm not even sure we happened. Like I've never really talked to Zeno before a few months ago when we saw each other a club and we kind got together that night and yeah." Alexa told her a small smile appeared as she talked

"Months?! And you didn't tell me?" Asked

Meanwhile...

"Man so you and lex now?" Sean asked his best friend

"Yeah I don't know it just kind of happened. She's amazing." Zeno told him

"Man I can't remember the last time you had a girl." Sean said

"I know it's been a while. But i just had to take my time find the perfect one." Zeno said as Sean laughed to himself and shook his head

"Man, I would say don't break her heart but I feel in this relationship it would be her breaking your heart." Sean said

"Foods ready kids." Joan called out from the dining room

"Mom I don't think we're little kids anymore." Ariana told her mom and Alexa nodded her head agreeing with her

"Some of you are when it comes to food." Nonna said as Zeno and Sean did run but walk past the ladies as quickly as possible, they've learned their lesson not to run from prior occasion.

A month later

and Sean was sitting in his home studio playing the tracks he made during the past month. Zeno sat with Sean bobbing their heads to the beat of the song playing.

"That's dope man" Zeno said after the song ended

"I was thinking of releasing it as a mix tape." Sean said

"Why not just make it an album?" Zeno asked him

"Because that would mean doing promo and a tour and my busy schedule just calmed down." Sean told him

"So how's is Alexa?"Sean asked Zeno "It's still can't believe you two actually got together."

"I didn't think I would end up with her either but man, it just took that one time to show me that this is the girl that I need by my side." Zeno told as a ghost smile made its appearance
