Two weeks later, Spring Break.
Asia.
Hell yeah, no school for the next week and a half. That's a mothafuckin' plug.
So, Ayana went home after Easter. I enjoyed her being here for the time being 'cause we definitely had some interesting moments. I low key miss her already.
Then Shad and I came to an agreement. We'd spend Tuesday's, Thursday's, and the weekends together.
We disagree on a bunch of stupid stuff, and instead of being like dumb people and taking a break, we decided to just cut back on the amount of time we spend together. It was a simpler solution to our issues and it was tolerable.
Not only that but we went on a date for our two month.
I'm still holding out on him and making him wait until my birthday. This is not a game and I want him to know that we won't be having sex whenever. This ain't that.
But anyway, it was all cute and whatnot. And that Saturday we ended up in Northridge at somebody's party. It was turnt and drama free. My type of shindig.
Before I forget, I met Cam's mom a few weeks back, and they look just alike. I thought Jax and Shad were kidding when they said that. She's super chill and funny and now I see where Camren gets it from.
On the home front, Andre moved in and claimed the room in the basement. Great. Note my sarcasm. My thing is don't eat my cereal or my snacks, and we'll be cool.
But Antwan is always at the house and it's kind of creepy as shit.
I understand that they're like the best of cousins but even the closest family members need distance. That's why Ya only stayed for two weeks. I love her to death, but she can get annoying sometimes.
All of my life drama aside, a lot is coming up and fast. My birthday of course, and prom is the week after on the 16th. And two weeks later, my babies graduate on the 30th.
Anyways, this weekend we're going with Cam down to Berkeley to tour the campus and whatnot.
You know how you know somebody at a school so you get a shirt or hoodie or some sort of spirit wear from that school? That'll be me. I'm gonna be the one with the hoodies from four different schools. One from UCB, UCLA, Duke, and Madison. Don't judge me.
I might as well get used to riding in the car for hours on end now since we're going to be traveling a lot the first few weeks of summer.
I'm most excited about stopping in Miami. We're doing college campus touring pretty much all of June, except for when I have to be back for court. I'm anxious to get that over with, too.
I'll be glad when it's over. But for now, all we can do is hope for the best. Lord knows that, that's what's been keeping me on edge.
Oh, and more tea.
So my parental units and Rashad's parents have been going out together. Like all the damn time.
Literally this past week, they up and went to Seattle and not once said anything to anyone.
They come back tomorrow and I hope they keep all of their stories to themselves. Ion wanna hear about their mysterious rendezvouses. Partly because I'm mad that I didn't get to go.
"Asia, take your high yellow ass to sleep."
"You go to sleep."
"You woke me up."
