"Cyrus!" Mom called.

I immediately went downstairs, fixing my watch. I'm wearing a beige silk polo partnered with a brown trousers. "Yeah?"

"Your cousin's here. He said he'll go to Manila because he needed to pass some requirements. He's asking if you want to come with him." She said while reading a book.

My cousin's homeschooling that's why it doesn't matter to him kahit malayo 'yung school niya. Ngayon, he's panicking, he really needs to go there.

"I'll go with you. It's been a while since I visited Manila." I shrugged.

"We'll stay there?" I asked while packing some clothes with me.

"We can come back right after I finish passing some stuff." He shrugged. My brows furrowed. It's so far then we'll just stay there for a day?! I missed Manila!

"Are you saying that you just booked a ticket just for one day?!"

"No, I booked for one week. Just suggesting, maybe you want to go home agad." He shrugged before going inside the car.

"What's that?" I asked when my gaze landed on his phone while we're on our way to the airport.

"What do you mean? I'm interacting with them." He said when he continued replying to almost all of the tweets he's seeing.

"She's pretty." I said when I saw the one she's talking with in the dm's.

"That's not her real face."

"Huh?"

"It's RPW, Cy."

I looked away. What's that? Sounds familiar. Maybe some of my friends knew that as well. "The one where you portray some celebrities or something?"

"Yeah, exactly. Do you want to try?" He offered making me shook my head. "Kj."

"I don't even know what to do there. It looks fun, though." I shrugged and slept.

I woke up when we arrived at the airport. We just ate at the lounge while waiting for our flight. I slept in the plane the whole time. I am so sleep deprived. I can't sleep really well these days. I'm stressed with both work and academics. As soon as we arrived in Manila, he just gave me the keycard to our hotel room. Mauuna na raw siya sa school, he said I'll be bored there so he just told me to sleep while waiting for him.

"What will I do here?" I groaned. I brought my phone out and took a picture of the view from our room. Just some buildings, way different from our city. Mostly trees.

I'm in the middle of debating with myself whether I'll eat outside or I'll just stick with room service. Maybe I should try walking around outside. Manila looks nice. The last time I went here was last year pa.

"Hi po Kuya!"

I was startled when two girls suddenly approached me. They were both laughing, embarrassed of what they did. "Hi." I replied.

I just shook my head. They didn't follow me naman na after. Girls are sometimes weird when bored.

I bought myself a drink since Starbucks was the nearest coffee shop I saw around here. I decided to find Ryan's school. He said it's just steps away from the hotel.
