Quirk: Single Step
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Speed enhancement.
Ability - The user possesses the ability to teleport, but a very short distance. They can teleport a single step away which can vary from person to person. As small as 10 cenitmetres to as far as 110 centimetres. The user can change their position when they teleport. Go from a prone position to standing up. The user can use this to move themselves up or prevent themselves from falling.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage/s: - Very limited range.
- Use of the quirk without a break will disorientate the user and make them dizzy after a while.
Special Moves: Rapid blows - The user either punches or knees an opponent before teleporting back a bit. They then teleport immediately back and strike again very quickly, striking the same place over and over again.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Flicker, Pack, Side swipe
My Input (not necessary): Not a very strong teleportation quirk but they are still incredibly rare. The few that do exist are either hard to use or have a hefty penalty for use. This quirk is both easy to use with little penalty to the user.
