Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Mental
Ability - The user can emit this invisible type gas that can affect everything that isn't behind cover in a 12 metre distance. After at least one minute in the radius, opponents will feel woozy and dizzy, like they are under the effect of alcohol. Depending on how much alcohol the opponent can take will determine how long they can stay standing before toppling over and passing out. Drinking alcohol will make everyone in a larger range take effects of drinking that drink.
Combat Range: Medium
Disadvantage/s: - The user can't distinguish between friend and foe.
- Depending on how much someone can drink will mean how effective this quirk will be so it is extremely inconsistent.
- The user always feels slightly tipsy.
Special Moves: Crowd Shot - The user has naturally can take alcohol better then others. They down a full drink and watch as everyone around them suddenly become heavier and sloppier.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Monk, Shot Up, Bustdown
My Input (not necessary): The user would be an expert in drunken boxing.
