Quirk: Electro-Hypnotism

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Class: Electric, Mental

Ability - The user can emit red electricity from their fingers. Being electrocuted from the red electricity causes the victims to jerk their body in the direction the user wants. The pain is minimal but the forced movement people take when electrocuted with the quirk surprise them and shock them. The quirk also has a secondary effect of causing opponents going into a hypnotic trance, there eyes becoming red with pinkish spiral connecting to a small black pupal. This is either done by constant shocking of a tired opponent or both hands electrocuting the targets head at close range. The victim acts on one simple command from the user, which could be do 10 push ups or draw a star. After performing the action, the victim has the red electricity sprout from their head and their eyes return to normal. Not only that, they have an extreme headache. The user can also shock themselves to rid of mental effects like emotional manipulation, mind control and even nausea or headaches.

Combat Range: Medium and close

Disadvantage/s: - The user enters a craze when they are overusing their quirk. Their actions become less coordinated and they state to become more insane. They become more violent and actively put themselves in danger. Act without plan and no longer listen to others.
-People with electricity resistant quirks or mental resistance have an advantage against this quirk.

Special Moves: Head Veil - The user brings their electricity to their head and zaps themselves. The buzz charges before the user unleashes their attack. It causes an AOE effect of 20m away that knocks enemies down and stuns them for a few second.

Hero/Villain Name ideas: Spazz, Elechno, Sci-fi, Mama Danger

My Input (not necessary): I think the user should have the same eyes that they give to other people but permanently. This quirk has several skills but it would be class 1-b quirk at best because of its complexity.
