Quirk: Zap Whip

Quirk Class: Electric
Ability - The user can form electric whips into their hands. They are 16 metres long. When flinging them around, they make cracks of thunder type sounds and can buzz as fast as electricity at an enemy when the crack of a whip is supposed to happen. The actually shock isn't strong but it definitely hurts.
Combat Range: Medium and Long
Disadvantage/s: - This quirk struggles at close ranges.
Special Moves: Straight whip - The user pushes their arm forward and summon their whip at the same time. The whip is straight as a board at the start.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Electric Cowboy, Boogaloo, Buzz Brand
