Quirk: Storm Lightning
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Electric and Air
Ability - The user creates clouds wherever they go. They are high in the air but much lower then regular clouds, making them look bigger then what they actually are. The user can enhance this by forming the clouds above them and expanding them, making them bigger and darker in colour. The clouds can't really be interacted with and only cause shade if they are light in colour. But when they are darker in colour, the user can attack by having the cloud fire lightning at a spot the user wishes as long as they can see it. The user can blast down lightning as much as they want until the cloud runs out of juice. But the cloud forms it's power when the user hardly moves so when they are in a fight, the cloud hardly looses power.
Combat Range: Long
Disadvantage/s: - Other people can always tell the rough location of the user from the cloud.
- The cloud looses power if the user has to run, so if they have to make chase, the cloud will lighten in colour. This becomes extremely fast in vehicles.
- The user also will have trouble in indoor areas.
Special Moves: Lightning Rain - The user stands in an open area and raises their hands. Lightning crashes down all around them as if it was rain and it leaves almost no area that the user wants untouched.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Zeus, Gia, StormKing, Gold
My Input (not necessary): This is an interesting quirk. I see someone like a pro-hero have but they are out a lot. This quirk is super powerful but not enough to warrant big villains to worry.
