Quirk Class: Water and Magnetism
Ability - The user can move water as they wish. Attracting and retracting but the user can't actually touch water. They can consume it but if they tried to swim, it would be like walking on concrete. The user can use their quirk to fly and keep others trapped underwater.
Combat Range: Long
Disadvantage/s: - The user can't swim and being hit by water feels like being hit by cement. Being spat on hurts.
- Drinking waters hurts.
Special Moves: Bubble Trap - The user surrounds the opponent in an air bubble deep underwater.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Float, Surfen, Deep
My Input (not necessary): How effective would water quirks actually be? Like being hit by a torrent of water would hurt but would it really save you from being punched? This quirk focuses on extremely strong water manipulation while simultaneously being weak to water.
