Quirk: Cement Skin
Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Class: Earth and Body-morph
Ability - The user's skin is cement. They are heavier and move slower but are extremely resistant to almost all things. Lightning, fire, slashing, blunt hits, the cold. They are able to be hit by a truck and remain unscathed. Definitely knocked to the ground and not strong enough to stop it but the user will remain intact fully.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage/s: - The user is incredibly slow, moving it a huge chore for them.
Special Moves: Hammer Arm - The user raises their arm and slams it into the ground. Using their extra weight to create massive damage to the ground.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Roadblock, Concrete, Immovable
My Input (not necessary): A quirk like Tetsutetsu and Kirishima but mutant and gives the weakness of speed to make up for superior defense.
