Quirk: Fire Wings
Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Class: Fire
Ability - The user has two small fires on their back near their shoulder blades. The user can make these fires grow and they naturally form into wings. The user can move them around to create attacks of fire. The user can also fly by firing out their fire into the ground.
Combat Range: Close and Medium
Disadvantage/s: - Heat exhaustion after using the quirk for too long.
Special Moves: Phoenix Wrath - The user is in the air when they start going wild. Without much thought into aim, the user wiggles and flails around, creating waves of fire around them and below them.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Phoenix, Moltar, Aoroar
My Input (not necessary): I don't think I did this quirk but it probably already exists. Fire wings and probably is an incredibly popular hero. Also wanted to make a fire mutant quirk.
