Quirk: Suffocation Hood
Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Class: Creation and Body Morph
Ability - The user grows black orbs on their back. The user can take these orbs off of their back with ease while if others attempted too, their hands would be covered and constrained. When the user throws these orbs at a surface or person, it expands and covers the object by squishing the air and holding it tight. It can stick objects onto a surface or cover an object to make it blunt. It can restrain feet and hands together as well as cover another persons head. They can still breathe, but can't see, hear, smell or utter a sound.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage/s: - If the user grabs to many orbs in quick succession they'll start ripping off the skin on their back.
- Sharp objects or strong enough force to rip the rubber like material of the black orbs.
Special Moves: Hood - The user manages to connect the hair of their opponent to a wall to prevent them from moving. They can do whatever else they wanted.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Hoodlum, Sumo, Tarantula
My Input (not necessary): I see this being a quirk that a kidnapper would use. They cover someone's face like a bag over their head with this quirk. They can't call for help or really fight back as they can't hear or see. They can also restrain their hands and feet to prevent them from running away.
