Quirk: Plumage
Quirk Type: Transformation
Quirk Class: Animal/Insect
Ability - The user can sprout feathers on their body that can reach one metre long. There are two types of feathers the user can sprout, decoration and razor feathers. The decoration feathers can grow anywhere on the users body with no issue and act just like regular feathers. But the razor feathers are dangerous. They can easily cut and harm the user depending on where they grow them so the user must be quite careful. These feathers are hard and sharp, exactly like a knife but the composition of a feather. The user can sprout them out as minor defense and as sharp weapons. Smaller feathers can even be thrown like small knives from the user. However these feathers, the user can't put back into their body as they will badly damage the skin and inside the user. With the decoration feathers, the user can glide and almost do a small hop in the air, like a double jump but they cannot fly.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage/s: - The razor feathers being the important part of the quirk are very technical to use in order to not badly harm the user themselves.
- Armour can prevent the razor feathers from doing any sort of damage.
Special Moves: Feather Rain - When the user is above the opponent, whether natural means or using their quirk to stab razor feathers into the ground for a boost or use their quirk for a small assist in height, they then fire down several razor feathers at opponents.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Peacock, Valkyrie, Quetzal
My Input (not necessary): The user would be a more of a performer, a confident person who likes to flaunt their feathers much like most birds. I picture them to be sleek and fast, throwing their razor feathers out like shuriken's.
