Ability - The user is extremely cute. If others can see the users face clearly, they become vulnerable to the effects of their quirk. They will refuse to attack them, cooperate with them and become infatuated. It can't be turned off.
Combat Range: None
Disadvantage/s: - The quirk is always active
- Facial expressions change the quirk, so happy, sadness and neutral leave people becoming incredible smitten and charmed by the user. Angry, disgusted and other close relating emotions makes the effects of the quirk minimal.
Special Moves: Baby Innocence - The user covers their face before revealing baby doll eyes that will completely freeze almost anyone who witnesses it for a few seconds.

My Input (not necessary): I see this being an incredibly short and young looking girl despite them probably being around 14-16. Not loli but they certainly look younger. They would be cheeky as they essentially can get away with a lot of things and probably are a petty thief.
