Quirk: Solar Halo

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Class: Fire, Energy and Light

Ability - The user has a halo of light above their head. The user has complete manipulation over this halo and can move it around as they wish. The halo absorbs light and glows brighter with the power it has. The user can send this halo flying at fast speeds and with enough power, it can cut through trees. The user can make this halo fly seemingly at infinite range but it stays mostly within sight. The user can release a beam from the empty space in the middle of the halo that ranges in power from the power it has from light. The beam is small but can be quite powerful, no larger then a fist.

Combat Range: Long

Disadvantage/s: - At night, there is no way for the halo to regain energy.

- There is a maximum charge and it takes about 12 hours of sunlight to get to that level of power.

- Force can be used to smash the halo and with enough, all of the stored light can be knocked out.

Special Moves: Holy Frisbee - The user with a powered up halo sends it flying forward at immense speed. The frisbee leaving a trail behind that makes it impossible to properly see so the user just makes it zig zag. The frisbee is impossible to stop.

Hero/Villain Name ideas: Clairvoyance, Harpy, Shooter

My Input (not necessary): When used properly, the halo is almost impossible to death with. Insane speed and enough strength in power makes it fatal in both close and long ranges.
