Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Class: Ice
Ability - The user has blue skin from their internally cold temperature. You can see your breath and snow and small ice glaciers growing on the user. When the user is hit with force, strong ice element burst from the user. The user can create huge bricks of ice within seconds from strong hits and they are larger the stronger the hit was. The user does have some ability to manipulate the ice but it is minor and hard to do
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage/s: - The user has to be hit for their quirk to work.
- The user is always cold and often creates ice and snow on anything.
Special Moves: None
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Anchor, Graze, Avalanche
My Input (not necessary): This is a similar quirk to the first one I made, Ignite. It isn't powerful but interesting.
