Ability - The user can see another's quirk. It is like a light dancing inside their body. They have a different feeling to the user, like cold for ice, hot and blazing for fire or technical and earthy for bones. Although the user can't perfectly identify a quirk, they can make pretty accurate guesses to the feeling they receive from a quirk. The user can then extend their hand and metaphorically touch the quirk, giving them the ability to control it. The user can force the others quirk to activate or hold it tight to prevent activation. The user can't control it, like choose the direction that ice will emit from another person but they can make a large uncontrolled burst happen. Smart people can fight back against the quirk to control and predict the sudden activation burst but it isn't one hundred percent perfected.

Combat Range: Medium and Long

Disadvantage/s: - Others can figure out patterns or try their quirk differently to combat against the user.

- The user can only use their quirk on one person at a time

Special Moves: Quench - The user holds the quirk tight, preventing activation. The more their opponent tries to use their quirk, the harder it is too hold. But when the user does let go, the burst of quirk power will be insanely enhanced that could really harm the opponent. The user feels restricted and someone is squeezing their heart while doing this.

Hero/Villain Name ideas: Reigner, Heart Sway, Ascend

My Input (not necessary): An interesting idea for a quirk with the ability to control other quirks. I didn't feel it to be realistic for someone to control another's quirk from a distance that wasn't a possession quirk. So I made it like this. I can see this to be both a hero or villain having this quirk but I see them being young either way.
