Quirk Class: Energy, Mental, Spiritual
Ability - The user can give others and themselves power. The user can touch themselves or others and bestow increase strength, speed and quirk power. It increases by a multiplier of three, others know as the pupil of the affected eyes are now star shaped. Others can now break cars, jump onto buildings and out race bicycles. As well improve power in quirks, such as electricity being more damaging and hearing is increased. But an odd fact about this quirk is that it also increases emotions. So it can be used to confuse opponents.
Combat Range: Contact
Disadvantage/s: - Emotions can change judgments, making decisions and common sense become shrouded as only thoughts of anger or sadness fill them.
- After the quirk which lasts 10 minutes, the person will have a horrible headache.
- Using the quirk on someone with a headache can be permanently damaging.

Hero/Villain Name ideas: Shine, Idol, Hiphop
My Input (not necessary): This person would be like Toga, also insane I feel. I wanted to make a quirk that would enhance quirks of others but that wouldn't't be useless to the user.
