Quirk: Amnesia

Quirk Class: Mental
Ability - The user can make people forget a lot of things instantly. They'll remember their name, the names of loved ones but everything else becomes a blur. Unsure why they were where they are and who the user is. The user achieves this effect by asking someone a question. If the victim is interested in the question and puts thought into it, but not know what the answer is they'll be inflicted with the users quirk. The quirk will last one hour before wearing off and the victim will know that they forgot everything during that time.
Combat Range: None and Medium
Disadvantage/s: - This becomes incredibly difficult to inflict someone else when they know how the quirk works.
- Useless on deaf people and unusable in a space where their voice can't be heard.
Special Moves: None
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Amnestic, Antidote, Crow
My Input (not necessary): This is a quirk incredibly similarly to Hitoshi Shinso but the effect is arguably weaker and easier to unknowingly avoid. But there are certain situations where it can work better.
