Quirk: Lightning Cloud
Quirk Type: Transformation
Quirk Class: Electric and Air
Ability - The user can produce a dark grey cloud from their body, bright yellow electricity sparking out of it. The user immune to their own quick. If someone touches the cloud, they are electrocuted, pain shoots through their body and they seize but it isn't strong enough to incapacitate them. The cloud effects electronic devices that are near it, making them go static and interfere with radio waves. The user can't make their cloud go a far distance away without a path. So they can cover an entire building in their electrical cloud. This can be used as a smokescreen and a block to prevent others from chasing or entering a room.
Combat Range: Close and Medium
Disadvantage/s: - The user moves incredibly slowly while activating their quirk. They struggle to walk and move while their lightning cloud surrounds them.
- The user grows ticks and jerks.
- The user will slowly struggle to breathe if they use their quirk for too long.
Special Moves: Thunder Strike - The user draws the electricity from the lightning crowd around them, making their arm bright and buzzing with electricity. They then snap their fingers in their cloud creating a loud bang of thunder. A shock passes through everyone in the cloud and they are temporarily stunned. The user can't hear and experience aftershocks for a short time after performing this attack.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Dark Storm, Shadow Thunder, Merciless
My Input (not necessary): A dangerous quirk and I like the idea of someone deadly slowly approaching you, but they have to as their quirk makes them slow.
