Quirk Class: Sound and Creation
Ability - The user can shout which sends a black wave out from their body. Whoever the black wave hits will become protected by 10 black wisps. These black wisps will move around the person and provide protection, if they are hit the black wisps will protect the user before disappearing. This is not applied to the user.
Combat Range: None and Long
Disadvantage/s: - The effect of this quirk does not apply to the user.
- The user looses their voice for 3 hours after using this.
Special Moves: None
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Leader, Enchant/ress, Horn
My Input (not necessary): This is a quirk for a leader of an organisation. They yell to power up their underlings before running off and hiding.
