Ability - The can transmit a type of disease that temporarily paralyses opponents. The effect doesn't start immediately, the user makes skin to skin contact and after a minute the person afflicted from the quirk will be paralysed for 10 minutes. The user can afflict this effect to multiple people, but so can people who are afflicted with the quirk. The quirk sticks on the target and if someone else touches them, they will also become paralysed after a minute. Once they are free, they can't be paralysed for one hour.
Combat Range: Contact
Disadvantage/s: - The user needs to touch someone with their bare skin to make it work.
- The user can easily be defeated in that minute span of their quirk activating.

My Input (not necessary): This quirk is both stronger and weaker then Stains. On one hand, the user needs to touch someone while Stain has to both take and consume blood. But this quirk takes a minute to work while Stain is instant. But it has a second effect that is also quite strong.
