Quirk Class: Mental
Ability - The users quirk is passive and does not require the user to do anything to activate it. For some odd reason, the user seems to be unnoticeable. People around them will not realise they are their. They could be right behind someone and walk into their house and they wouldn't know. This power can't be increased in power or decreased in power, the volume of the quirk can't be changed. The only way for the quirk to break its effects is for the user to make themselves notice. Like touch someone or talk to them loudly to garner attention. Once people are aware of them, the quirk does not trigger with them until they forget about them, even for a moment. This quirk will also minorly effect other people who now notice the user, but only that they don't perceive that person speaking to the user.
Combat Range: None
Disadvantage/s: - The user can't be noticed which can be annoying.
- Once the user is noticed, whether it by accident, that person can now see you.
- The effect does not work through recordings that are not instant.

My Input (not necessary): A strange quirk that people may never realise exist. As long as that person makes an effort to stay hidden, it is possible they can never be noticed.
