Quirk: Scissor Blades
Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Class: Metal and Body Morph
Ability - The user's has a line from their middle finger going all the way up their arms. The user can split their arms open revealing two scissor like blades in between the two spilt arms. They can stretch 3 feet long and have enough power to easily slice through a human.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage/s: - The user can't open their arms if they are tied or blocked from opening. The opening of the blades are not as strong as the closing.
Special Moves: Duel Cut - The user crosses their arm and opens their blades. They then slash them forward and snap them at an enemy.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Slice, Duelist, Cross Chop
My Input (not necessary): An interesting quirk that I felt like should exist? I thought it was strange that a quirk like this doesn't exist.
