Quirk: Blink
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Speed Enhancement and Telekinetic
Ability - The user can make items they want appear in front of them when they blink. The user pictures an item they want before blinking, their eyes then stay locked close as the object they want materialises right in front of them, one foot away. Once it has fully appeared, the user can then open their eyes. The catch is that this quirk does not create items, it takes the closest one to the user at that time. So if the user wants a spoon they'll use their quirk to take a spoon from their neighbours because they were the closest. The user can also transfer people.
Combat Range: None
Disadvantage/s: - A colour will glow around the object that is being transferred.
- The user is vulnerable while using their quirk.
- Larger objects equals longer generation time.

Hero/Villain Name ideas: Blink, Arsenal, Captive
My Input (not necessary): This is a very utility quirk. It has some combat uses like taking items away from people but mostly it is for support. I see a kid having this but they were kidnapped and are now helping the villains.
