Quirk: Mortar
Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Class: Body Morph, Electricity and Temperature
Ability - The user has metal like backpack on their back, however it is hollow which means things can be stored in it. However it may not be the best idea as it can form a ball of plasma and shoot it out into the air. The plasma ball moves quickly and follows natural physics as if it was not a ball of plasms. When the ball has hit something it disperses, shooting out purple like electricity, creating a small explosion and a powerful burn. The ball of plasma is solid for a few moments after it is released, meaning it can bounce off of surfaces for a second before it becomes complete plasma. So if it hits something before a full second of being released, it will not immediately explode.
Combat Range: Long
Disadvantage/s: - The user has to angle themselves weirdly or hope that they hit a lob of plasma if they wish to attack an opponent.
- The metal area of the body is still connected to the users skin, using their quirk to much and not letting the cannon cool down will causes burns to happen on the user.
- There is a chance that a plasma ball gets stuck in the mortar if the user is reckless. This will cause the plasma ball to explode and injure the user.
Special Moves: Armageddon- The user rapidly fires their plasma balls into the air. However they move as they do so they can hit the previous plasma ball with another. These plasma balls will grow inside to create a larger explosion and larger area of purple electricity to inure foes.
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Heavy, Churchill, Countdown
My Input (not necessary): This would be a very powerful quirk that has little destructive power, other then to machineries. This could be both heroes or villains but I think they would be old, a veteran at the minimum.
