Quirk Class: Mental and Strength Enhancement
Ability - The user can yell out words directed to someone. If it is directed at someone, a small distortion wave fires from their mouth. If someone is offended, emotionally hurt or dislikes what was said, red electricity will spark from their chest. The user can turn emotionally damage into physical damage with only their words.
Combat Range: Medium
Disadvantage/s: - The user may offend other unintentionally. Or even observers.
- The users quirk has no effect on someone who doesn't care or deaf.
Special Moves: None
Hero/Villain Name ideas: Word Play, Speaker, Narrate
My Input (not necessary): A quirk that is kind of like Shinso's. They need to speak and the other needs to hear. But the effect is a lot weaker but not as easily counterable as simply not responding.
