Ability - The user has to yo-yo's on their wrist. They are 10 centimetres in diameter and weigh roughly 3 kilograms. The strong that is what connects to the user can roll 40 metres away.
Combat Range: Medium
Disadvantage/s: - If the yo-yo's are being held, the user can't utilise their quirk.
Special Moves: Spinning Shield
