------------------------------JOHN'S POV
"ALEX! You gotta help me!!" I shouted, running into his house, "PLEASE!"
"Huh?! John what do you need help with?!" He replied, running out into the hallway, before noticing the small child crying in my arms, "The fuck is that?!"
"You gotta help me, Alex! She won't stop crying and I don't know what to do!"
"What do you expect me to do about it?!"
"I don't know just help me!"
"ALEXANDER! What is all the-oh hello, John."
"It's good to see you too, Eliza, help me please! Alex has no clue what to do!"
She sighed, "Give her here." I smiled and handed the crying (Y/n) to her. Unfortunately, her attempt to get (Y/n) to calm down failed as she continued.
A few hours later, there weas 9 of us in the house trying to calm (Y/n) down: me, Alex, Herc, Laf, Eliza, Angelica, Peggy, Washington and even Burr and Madison were called to try and help.
"Alex maybe we should-"
"NO! I am not having Jefferson in my house!" I placed a hand on his shoulder, "Alex, please! We've tried everyone else we know! Please, I didn't manage to sleep at all last night because she was crying! I'm begging you, let Thomas have a try to calm her down."
"F-fine. But I am going to disinfect the whole house afterwards."
---------------
About 5 minutes later, there was a knock on the door and Eliza stood up going to get. Thomas then came into the room, "So, where is she?" I stood up and handed (Y/n) to him, "Help, please. Calm her down please! You're our last hope!"
THOMAS'S POV
I looked down at the little darling in my arms before thinking of an idea. I left the room and walked upstairs, not wanting anyone, specifically Hamilton hearing what I was going to do to calm (Y/n) down, hopefully... I took a deep breath before starting to sing, "Rubber Duckie you're the one, you make bath time lots of fun. Rubber Duckie, I'm awfully fond of you." I looked back down to see that (Y/n) was softly asleep. I smiled and walked back downstairs giving her back to John, "You're welcome," before swiftly leaving Hamilton's house.
