I had been walking around New York out on my daily walk when something caught my eye or should I say ear because I heard it rather than saw it.
"Hear ye! Hear ye! My name is Samuel Seabury and I present free thoughts" I walked up to where he was standing on a platform and started listening, "Chaos and bloodshed are not a solution, dont let them lead you astray, this Congress does not speak for me."
I kept listening until something caught my eye, someone trying to get up on the platform with him. I recognised who it was as soon as they started speaking,
"Yo! He'd have you all unravel at the sound of screams But the Revolution is comin' The have-nots are gonna win this It's hard to listen to you with a straight face."
I let it go on for a while until the poor guy looked as he had had enough, "ALEXANDER HAMILTON GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE THIS INSTANT!"
He looked at me and reluctantly got down and walked over to me. I pulled him away by his ear and started lecturing him, "You shouldn't do that! He was looking very uncomfortable! You do realise this means you're grounded don't you?"
He nodded reluctantly and I dragged him back home still by his ear. When we got there I locked him in the house and took away his paper and ink so he had nothing to do.
I walked back to where the guy had been before to see him upset and walking away, "Excuse me? Mr Seabury. I am incredibly sorry for my brother's actions, he has no control (Who live who dies who tells your story... sorry, back to the story.) of himself sometimes."
"Completely fine, that's the third time he's done it this week."
"Th-third time! Right he needs to apologise." I spoke grabbing his arm and dragging him to mine and Alex's house.
I opened the door, "Alexander Hamilton, get your ass down here and apologise to Mr Seabury immediately."
He reluctantly came downstairs, "Why do I need to apologise? Do you like him or something?"
"Alex just apologise!"
"Fine, Mr Seabury, I'm sorry for what I have done. Please forgive me."
"That's a good Alex now back to your room." He went back upstairs and I turned to Mr Seabury, "Mr Seabury.."
"Samuel."
"Excuse me?"
"Call me Samuel."
"Ok, Samuel. Once again sorry for my brother's actions. Can I get you anything?"
"No it's fine."
"Nonsense, it's the least I can do." I walked into the kitchen and got him a drink. I walked back into the living room and handed the cup to Samuel.
"May I ask why you're being nice to me."
"Because it's the least I can do to apologise, and because something Alex said earlier was true."
"Which part?"
"The part about..." I trailed off because I felt my face heat up, "Oh god, I cant take it. You're too cute! I have only known you properly for about ten minutes but I'm already in love with you."
That was all he needed to put his drink down and push me down on the sofa, climbing on top of me, "Well, that's good because, I feel the same." I reached up and pulled him down to me and kissing him, my hands soon finding his hair and his finding the small of my back. I woke up later to the doorbell ringing. I got up and got dressed before waking Samuel and telling him to get dressed as well. After we were both dressed I opened to the door to see John, Laf and Herc.
"Hey (Y/n), can we see Alex?"
"Sorry, guys. He's still grounded after what he did to Samuel." Just then I felt arms round my waist.
"Hi Samuel, have a good 'nap'?" I asked giving him a pack on the cheek. I turned back to the guys.
"You're dating him?"
"So what if I am? Sam is just too adorable to pass up on."
