{ 5 years later } Stephen's pov.

It's been 5 fucking years.

5 best and worst years of my life.

It's been some crazy ass years. But it was all worth it. At the age of 29, I regret having kids.

But like I gotta love those little shits.

I'm in a meeting with my mafia about a rat being here. The door opens and I look to see Evelina.

"Dad." She said looking up at me.

"Yes?" I said back.

"Dad."

"Yes?"

"Dadddd."

"Yessss"

"Da-"

"YES YES YES EVELINA JAMES, YESSSS?" I yell and regret it after. She just looks at me, "you seem upset. I'll leave you alone." Then she ran out the room.

I look at the table and see Dante and Mason shaking their heads. "Now you know she's gonna tell Kyrah." Dante said with a sigh.

I nod. She does all the time.

Evelina's pov.

After daddy yelled at me, I ran out the room and too my mommy's room. She was sleeping peacefully.

Too bad I have to ruin it.

"Mommy." I whisper with a sniffle. "Mommyy." I whisper again and her eyes fluttered open.

"Eve, why are you crying?" My mom asked sitting up and sitting me on her lap. "Daddy yelled at me." I said and wiped my tears onto her shoulder.

"He what?" She said lowly.

"He yelled at me."

She got up and went in the bathroom with me in her arms. She sat me on the sink, she puts on some grey sweatpants and just leaves her bonnet and sports bra on.

Daddy gonna get it.

She fixed her socks on her feet and picked me up again. Mommy has abs guys.

She walks towards the room and opened the door.

Kyrah's pov.

" why the fuck are you yelling at my child?" I asked putting Evelina down beside me. "I didn't yell at her" he said defending himself.

"Ok, tell me why she woke me up, CRYING, saying you yelled at her?" I said crossing my arms.

"I don't know a thing." He said shaking his head.

"Are you calling my daughter a liar?" I asked narrowing my eyes.

"yes." He said nodding

"Evelina, what did your father say to you?" I said tiredly.

"I kept calling his name and on the forth time, he yelled yes and said my full name." She said with a proud smile.
