Arnav was excited, seeing Khushi in his company. At the same time, he was nervous and scared as well. What if she leaves the office after knowing who the new Boss is? There is a chance to it. She may think Arnav will revenge her for insulting him by handing over him to the police. She tried to hit him with pepper spray. Those thoughts may make her think in the wrong way. He should not let it happen. He should not miss the girl who has a positive attitude. He has to console her. he should give her the assurance that he won't insult her. Arnav thought. He was like that. He won't mind bending down if he was wrong. After analyzing the issue, he thought, asking for an autograph from a girl is not the right approach. He wanted to keep good and positive people around him. Even Mr. Sethy said good about Aman and Khushi. Aman looks like an easy-going guy. But, Khushi was a little... correction, very tough nut. It doesn't mean he should give up on her. There is nothing to wonder if Arnav is so simple. He is an orphan. The life he led taught him to be simple to good people. He needed good people for himself. He was not ready to miss anyone... that's all. Arnav made up himself to console Khushi.

Arnav planned how to face Khushi. He stayed back until Aman arranged the hall and gathered everyone. All of them got seated. Sheetal intentionally sat in between Khushi and Lavanya.

"Khushi..." she called her.

Khushi looked at Sheetal.

"What will you do if the new boss of our company asked you to submit your personal details?" she asked.

"I will resign the job," said Khushi simply.

"You know you are so coldblooded woman," she said wearily.

"When you know me very well, why are you questioning me?" Khushi asked.

Sheetal rolled her eyes.

They saw Aman entering the hall. He gestured everyone to be quiet. They saw a young and good-looking man following Aman. Everyone stood in the manner of respecting him. They smiled, seeing their new boss, except one. No need to say who didn't smile seeing him. Of course, it was Khushi. She was shocked to the core, seeing the man. She gulped down hard. It seems she has to resign from the job. No choice... he will make her life hell if she works here. He would be angry with her for handing him to the police. She even tried to use pepper spray on him. He may insult her in front of everyone. It will be better if she leaves the place before he humiliates her. Everyone's attention went to Khushi who started collecting her purse and file. She was supposed to leave the place,

"Khushi... Wait" said Arnav, understanding her intention.

Khushi was shocked to hear her name from him.

"Why are you leaving?" he asked.

"I don't know you would be my new Boss..."

Cutting her,

"So what if I'm your Boss?"

"I don't think we can work together after what happened between us"

"Why can't we work together, Khushi?" he asked her simply making her surprised.

More to her surprise,

"I think we should not bring our personal issue to the office." He said.

Khushi looked at him bewildered.

"My past behavior might be wrong and that made you misunderstand me. I am even ready to apologize to you for my previous behavior" He said repenting.

Khushi was horror-struck. This is not what she expected. She never dreamt of a CEO who could apologize to his staff. She felt bad for being rude to him.
