Happy received a phone call from their attorney to let him know that they were filing a complaint with DCS as well as the other offices needed due to the harassment that the family had been dealing with. He was at work when he got the call. Allison was at home with the kids.

He wasn't able to call Allison until lunchtime. He felt bad that he had known about it for a while before he was able to tell her. She was getting the kids lunch. They hadn't sent any of the boys back to school. Allison had been looking into homeschooling them. She wasn't going to risk anyone talking to her kids without her knowledge.

"Hey babe," he said.

"What's up?" she asked.

"Got a call. A complaint is being filed on our behalf against DCS."

"Good."

"I heard this morning. I just haven't had a free moment to call until now."

"It's all right."

"I love you Al."

"I love you too."

"Kids ok?"

"Yeah, boys are a bit confused about school."

"They'll go back when we know they'll be safe."

"Hap, I don't know that I want to send them back."

He sighed. He knew where she was coming from but he was worried about them not going back and not having social interaction with other kids. He hadn't brought it up to Allison yet. He looked around the lot. So much had changed over the years. It was hard to deal with sometimes but he was handling it the best way that he could.

"Allison, they need their friends," he said.

"I know they do, Happy. I just don't feel comfortable with them going right now." she replied.

"I know babe. I just don't want to take them out of school and have them live in solitude right now."

"I get it, Hap."

She sighed heavily. He looked around the lot.

"We'll talk more when I get home tonight," he said.

"Ok, Hap," she replied.

He got off the phone and got back to work. He didn't know what to do with this whole thing anymore. He wanted his family safe. He had nothing to do with the killing and they were out to get him.

"Hey Hap, what's up?" Jax asked.

"It's just gotten difficult with everything going on. I got DCS up my ass, harassing my wife and my kids. I got the cops on my ass daily. They are all convinced that I had something to do with Damon's murder." he sighed.

"You didn't did you?"

"Nah, they would have never found him if it had been me."

Jax chuckled. He knew that Happy would have never gotten caught. They had numerous bodies in the woods that they had never been caught for. He knew that Happy would have made sure that it would have been clean and no evidence.

"I just wish I knew who did it," he said.

"Wanna thank him?" Jax chuckled.

"Something like that."

Jax shook his head. Happy sighed. They had asked through all the charters and no one had dealt with Damon. His phone rang. He answered it.

"Yeah?" he asked.

"Hap," it was his cousin.

"Hey what's up?"

"I need to talk to you."

"So talk."

His cousin was his aunt Yolanda's child. He had been in trouble a few times off and on growing up.

"Not on the phone." his cousin said.

"Tony, now is not the time to play games," Happy growled.

"No, Hap, this is bad."

"Tony, what the hell is going on?"

"I think someone's after me."

"Why's that?"

"Can we please meet?"

"Come to the clubhouse then."

"Ok."

Happy heard him hang up. He shook his head. Happy's cousin was a mess. The kid had been into drugs recently. Happy chalked the call up to him being paranoid on the drugs. He went back to working in one of the bays while he waited to see if Tony would show up.

"Hap," a voice pulled him from the car he was working on.

He looked up into the face of his cousin. He shook his head. Tony didn't look like he was on drugs at the moment. Happy wiped his hands off on a rag before making his way toward his cousin.

"What's going on Tony?" he asked.

"I need help," Tony replied.

"Well obviously, you came to me."

"My girl is knocked up and in a bad spot. She got in with some guys who killed a dude in front of her."

"Killed a dude?"

Tony nodded. Happy stared at him for a moment.

"Who the hell is your girl?" he asked.

"Her name is Lauryn. She said they killed a dude. She said she recognized the dude." Tony said.

"Who was it?"

"Damon Mikelson."

Happy stared at him.

"Who are these guys?" he asked.

"She won't tell me." Tony said.

"Where is she?"

"I got her stashed at my mom's place. She is convinced they are going to come after her next."

"Jesus Christ, cops been on my back about Damon's murder for weeks now and your girl knows who the hell did it."

"Happy, she's fuckin scared man. We got a kid on the way."

"I need to talk to her, Tony."

"She ain't gonna talk to you."

"Antonio, make it happen."

He sighed but nodded. Happy wasn't playing around. He wanted to know everything she knew about it.
