Allison pulled up to her house and carefully got the kids inside. She ordered a pizza since they hadn't eaten at Gemma's house and got the kids ready for bed. She was emotionally exhausted and couldn't take the back and forth anymore. She was done. She knew what she had to do. Thankfully the following day was a Monday so she could contact the lawyer to file the paperwork.

Over at Gemma's, everyone was trying to sort thru what had just happened. Gemma had pulled the girl inside before Happy actually killed her. He paced the back patio in a rage, knowing that he had just lost his family. He would never be able to convince Allison that she was the only woman he wanted if he had to raise a baby by this dumb broad.

"What the fuck?" he yelled, slamming his fist into the side of the house.

"Hap, man, I don't even know what to say at this point," Jax said quietly.

Happy sat in a chair with his head on his hands. He had completely fucked up and there was no coming back. He was going to have to figure this shit out with Allison.

"I have to let her go," he said as calmly as he could, even though his hands were shaking.

"What do you mean?" Jax asked.

"She said she was filing for a divorce now that she's had Mason. I have to give it to her. I can't keep hurting her and the kids. I have to let her be happy no matter how much it hurts me."

Jax nodded. Happy's world was crumbling and he had no idea how to stop it.

Inside the house, Gemma and Tara were grilling the crow eater.

"How far along are you?" Tara asked.

"Thirteen weeks," the girl said.

"So you continued sleeping with Hap after his wife caught him?" Gemma demanded.

"He wanted to. It was only once after that though. I caught him after a run."

"Did you think he was just going to leave his wife of ten years for you?"

"He said she kicked him out and was already talking divorce."

Gemma sighed heavily. The girl, Lyssa, stared at them both. She looked terrified now. Once Allison had snatched up the kids and taken off, Happy had snapped on her in a way he never had before. She was starting to regret keeping this baby. She was too far along to do anything about it now other than give it up for adoption.

"Why didn't you come forward earlier with all this?" Tara asked, upset that her friend was now hurting again.

"I wanted to be far enough that he couldn't tell me to have an abortion. I mean I've seen what kind of dad he is with his other kids. I know he can be that for this baby too." she said.

"You really believe that Allison is going to allow that child anywhere near her family."

"Happy doesn't really have a choice. I can always take him to court for this baby."

"Sweetheart, I wouldn't recommend that at all," Gemma said.

"What do you mean?" Lyssa asked.

"You think Killa is angry now? Back him into a corner and force him to be involved with the courts. He will rip this world apart."

Lyssa nodded. She was nervous as she placed a hand on her stomach. The back door opened and Happy appeared in it.

"Can I get a minute?" he asked.

Gemma nodded. Tara looked a bit apprehensive about leaving him there with Lyssa even if she did hate the girl right now. Jax entered the room and put his hand on his wife's shoulder.
