Happy got up with the kids the next morning. He got them breakfast and got the older boys ready to go to school. Allison wasn't even up before they left as far as Happy knew. The boys had run in to say goodbye to her though. She didn't want to see him or talk to him so he took Emersyn to the lot with him to work on cars. He was supposed to be doing repos so he moved her car seat to the tow truck.

Tig was the one to join him in the truck. Happy had no desire to talk about the night before. Especially in front of his daughter. He was glad that Tig kept his mouth shut for majority of the day. Around noon his phone went off on his pocket. He pulled it out and saw it was Allison.

"What's up?" he asked.

"Your son got in a fight. You have to go get him," she said.

"All right. Which son?"

"Ryder."

She hung up without a goodbye. He sighed as he looked at Tig.

"What's up?" Tig asked.

"Ryder got in a fight," Happy said.

They headed back to TM and Happy headed out in the truck to get his son from school. He swore his daughter could sleep like the dead sometimes as she didn't wake when he moved her from the tow truck to his personal truck and remained half out of it when he got to Ryder's school. He walked in the door and waited because they wanted him to speak with the principal.

Ryder sat in a chair with his head down but not looking really ashamed of what happened. Happy didn't expect his five-year-old to be sitting next to his brother with an ice pack on his face. Nor did he expect Abel Teller to be in there as well.

"What happened?" Happy demanded.

Ryder just looked at him. Abel looked up with a smirk.

"Ryder Anthony Lowman," Happy growled.

"He hit Noah first," Ryder snapped right back at him.

"Who did?"

"Jack Crawford," Abel said.

"What are you doing in here?" Happy asked him.

"We took care of it,"

"Abel, your mother is going to kill you."

"Nah, dad will fix it. He is the one coming to get me. Mom had a surgery to do,"

Happy sat with all three kids. He was still waiting when Jax arrived. Happy just shrugged his shoulders when Jax looked at him for an explanation.

The principal came out of his office and motioned the two men follow him. Happy stood with his daughter asleep in his arms again and walked into the office.

"Mr. Lowman and Mr. Teller, we have a zero tolerance policy for fighting here," he said.

Both men were aware of this and nodded.

"Both Abel and Ryder are being suspended for a week," the principal stated.

"The other kid as well?" Jax asked.

"Yes he is. Noah is down here as the victim. I appreciate that the boys stuck up for him but I can't let them go unpunished."

Both Happy and Jax nodded. They took the kids home. Jax pulled Thomas before he left the building. He caught up to Happy as he was loading the kids in his truck.

"How's Al today?" he asked.

"Dunno. Only time she has talked to me since last night was to come get the boys," Happy said.

Jax nodded. He knew that didn't look good for Happy at all.

"She said she was contacting a lawyer today. Guess I see if she did when I get home with them," Happy said.

Jax nodded again. Happy took his kids home where Allison was waiting expectantly for an answer as to what had happened. She took one look at Noah's face and was instantly pissed.

"The other kid got suspended too right?" she demanded.

"Yes Al, the school nurse checked Noah out and said it will be a black eye most likely but that's about it," he said.

"Noah, what happened?"

The little boy stared at the table with the ice pack still on his face.

"Noah James," Happy said.

"He said we were the reason that dad left. That he doesn't want us anymore." Noah said quietly.

"What made him hit you?" Allison asked.

"He called you a slut and that you would be passed around when dad goes to jail again."

"Then what?"

"I told him he was stupid and he punched me."

Allison shook her head. She was so sick of the bullying that her kids faced at school because of who their father was. Noah looked at his mom.

"Dad isn't gonna leave again is he?" the small child asked.

"Noah, let's worry about you right now," his mother replied.

"How did Ryder and Abel get involved?" Happy asked.

"Ryder was coming over to play with me and Tommy. He heard what Jack was saying and saw him hit me. He and Abel got him good, dad," Noah smiled slightly.

"Noah, it's not funny." Allison said.

"It is a little bit,"

"No it's not. Your brother got suspended today,"

Ryder shrugged. He didn't care about the suspension. He was just sick of Jack always running his mouth about Ryder's family.

Happy was going to have to figure this out now. He had two kids out of school and one that would be going back the next day. He couldn't take both kids to the lot with him. He called Gemma.

"So with Ryder suspended, I have to come up with something so I can help Allison," he said.

"Just bring them here with you," she told him.

"All right."

Happy got off the phone. He made the boys start on their homework. Allison looked at Happy after he got off the phone and the boys were in their rooms.

"What happened after I left last night?" she asked, not sure she really wanted to know.

"I asked for a DNA test," he replied.

She nodded. She really hoped it came back that it wasn't his.

"Did you call the lawyer yet?"  He cautiously asked.

She just stared at him for a moment.
