The Lost Alpha Princess

Chapter 27

Alpha Arrow POV (WHILE HOPE IS STILL CAPTURED)

"So you're the new Alpha?" I say out loud as I hang up the phone from Alpha Hunter, I stared at the phone when my office door opened "Everything ok darling?" my mate Amelia questions as she walks through the door. My eyes snap to her and I put a smile on my face that doesn't reach my eyes, instantly my mate looks at me with wide eyes and a knowing look of horror on her face.

"Wait you only look like that when we are talking about..... Am I going to get her back." she looks at me with pleading eyes "Please, please tell me I'm getting her back?" she questions with so much hope in her eyes but just as I'm about to respond there's a knock on the door.

"Dad can I come in I need to speak to you a minute?" comes my son's voice on the other side. I look at my mate and say "You better come in Son I need to talk to you too." while my mate is nodding at me indicating she agrees.

As my son walk's in he takes a look at both me and his mother before asking "What's going on? From your face's you were talking about her again weren't you?" when neither me or my mate speak he says out loud to no one "Wait I heard you on the phone earlier." his head snaps to me before asking "Who was on the phone father?".

I knew straight away he wasn't asking what the call was about because he already knew, "Former Alpha Eric's former Beta Hunter." I state to a stunned mate and son. Amelia's eyes widen as she looks at me "Wait you said former Alpha so does that mean?" she questions before trailing off, I look at her with sorrow before nodding I remember how close her and Eric were before our daughter was taken. When that happened I lost my Amelia and it's only been the last year or so that I have had my mate back to nearly normal, I indicate for both Amelia and my son to take a seat as I explain about my phone conversation with the now Alpha Hunter.

My mate and son are both looking at me with shocked expressions as I finish explaining what Hunter and I discussed, my mate let out a small sob and my son wrapped his arm's around his mother without hesitation which made me smile. Since my daughter went missing neither my mate nor son had been the same, Amelia shut down and locked herself away from everyone except me and our son Holt.

He threw himself into training promising his mother he would find his sister and bring her home. Our Hope has been missing for ten years and Holt still blames himself for listening to the Moon Goddess and not screaming for help sooner, I know he blames her as well even if he never shows it. I on the other hand have to keep faith that the Moon Goddess knows what she is doing and this is necessary for our Hope to become the true Queen of all creatures.

"So what's Alpha Hunter's plan to get her back because whatever it is tell him I'm there every step." Holt says with a determined look in his eyes, when Hope went missing Holt told us that a lady in white came and told him not to make a sound until the sun came up or Hope would be in more danger.

Because we are pure bloods we start teaching our pups that the Moon Goddess' word was final, so when he realised who she was he listened to her and got back into Hopes bed and just cried until the sun came up and then he screamed and it is a scream I never want to live through again.

"I don't know any details yet he is going to tell his pack today that the prophecy is real and is starting" I say "How did he know?" asked Amelia, I looked at her for a second before breaking eye contact because I didn't want to see her face when I told her who had our Hope. "Hunter said a couple of rouges attacked them and they managed to capture one unharmed, turns out he was there to deliver a message about Hope...." I said trailing off.

"What was the message dad?" Holt asked in an angry tone, I gave him a look telling him to calm down "The message was the he is coming and he is bringing her with him." Amelia gasps before asking "Who is he?", and that's when I said the one name I didn't think I would ever say again "Gregory.".
