Chapter 55

Hunter's POV

Me and Holt are sitting in my office discussing the best way to approach Hope to help her, all of a sudden the pack house is surrounded by blue light but half the house was covered in a light blue light and the other a dark blue. The colours reminded me of Hope and Selene's eye colours when they are both in control, I can't stop myself from looking out of the window when Heath say's to me, Holt and Shadow through the link "We need to go out there and put our hands on her shoulders, I don't know how I know that it's just a strong feeling. It would probably help if her parents and Kane were involved, you will need to link them. We need to go out there immediately, this is using too much of her energy and she hasn't even started." he finishes in a worried tone.

I look at Holt "We need to link and walk." I say and he gives a quick nod as we both head to the door. On the way Holt links his parents and I link Kane "Brother Holt and I are on our way to you all, be prepared to lose some energy." I warn "What, Why? Hang on Hope said no one should come or go." he rushed back "We have found a way to help her, and we need you and we will be fine trust me Brother." I explain "Fine." he sighs back. Me and Holt reach the front door and pause for a second, with a final look at each other and deep breath I open the door.

As I open the door the light almost blinds us and we both lift our arms, once our eyes adjust we walk towards Hope and see that her eyes are glowing and it's like she can't even see us. We walk over to her and each take an arm, I feel an instant connection and from the look on his face so does Holt. We keep looking at Hope "Kane put your hand on my shoulder" I instructed him and he did, Holt must of linked Amelia and Arrow because they each take a shoulder of Hope's.

Hope/Selene's POV

We have only just started and we can feel the power and energy seep from my hands and we don't think we will be able to do the rest of the territory, I wasn't sure I could fully do the pack house. Suddenly I got a burst of energy coming from my arms and shoulders, it was flowing through my body replacing what we was losing. I'm not sure what is happening but suddenly the power stops flowing and a blue bubble is surrounding the pack house, it suddenly starts to fade and my vision comes back fully. I look at my arms and shoulders and realise that my family and Mate were holding them, I looked at them all in question.

Selene pulled back to recover for the next task, the next barrier was going to be easier because it is only designed to delay not stop. Only the pack house barrier will completely block anyone uninvited until I remove it, which I probably never will just in case it is ever needed again. I looked at my mate with raise brows "What did you do?" I questioned, he looked nervous "We found out that we could give you our energy as we are all connected and as Kane is connected to me he helped as well." he said with a shrug "Ok first off that is the second lie you have told me this morning so one more time, WHAT DID YOU DO?" I finish with a growl.

Hunter gulps and his eyes flick to Holt and my eyes follow, Holt gulps when he sees my glare "WELL?" I growl "We, well I figured out at breakfast that we should be able to share energy as we can share emotions, Heath told us how to do it. All we did was share some of our energy being family and your Mate, we all share a connection with you." he finished in a rush trying not to look me in the eye. I'm thankful they wanted to help but hurt they doubted me "We didn't doubt you Little One, we only wanted to help to make sure you are at your strongest tomorrow night. We love you and worry about you, but most importantly we want to help you." Hunters says softly.

I sigh knowing he is right "Thank you all." I say looking around "I need to get the final barrier up, are all boarders clear?" I ask turning to Hunter "Yes they are." he says firmly, I give a nod "Ok lets get this done I will need to rest after." with that we all head to the northern boarder to start there. I can only hope our plan works and I finish Gregory once and for all.

Gregory's POV

One more day and she will be mine fully, I want to go and see her tonight but Gage is getting stronger and I am struggling to keep him in the back of my mind. If he comes forward then he will mess up the entire plan, it is fool proof and I can't wait to get my hands on the Little Princess. My head starts pounding and I know that Gage is about to pop out, I take a deep breath trying to push him back but I lose.

Gage's POV (GREGORY'S WOLF)

I finally managed to push forward and take control of this stupid human, whatever potion that witch gave him was strong. He hasn't seen her in months so he hasn't been taking it, now all we do is fight for control. I'm getting stronger and any day now I will have complete control and I will lock the good for nothing human in the back of my mind, once I control his body the fun really begins. First I will show that Little Princess who is boss by killing her Mate as she watches, but not before I force my mark on her as he watches. Oh how fun this is all going to be, for now I will give him back control I need my strength to keep him locked away when the time is right.

Gregory's POV

Thank the Goddess I got control back, he never manages to take over for long, but he is managing to break out more often. I just need control until tomorrow as soon as I have marked Hope, Gage will calm down enough for me to hold him back without the need for a potion. I still haven't heard from Jade, she better be dead because if she isn't I will kill her when this is all over and I have Hope back. The sun has just set and I decide to get an early night, tomorrow I need to be on top form although I haven't fought for a long time. I take one last look at the sky "Tomorrow dear Princess, tomorrow you will be mine." I whisper up to the sky.
