(Y/N) takes another minute standing beside his desk, looking at his hand that rests on its cold surface.
He is still struggling to stabilize the way he breathes, as it is still influenced by a nervousness that is the effect of his thoughts.
"Come on, you can't be in here forever.."
(Y/N) takes in both air and more courage.
Minutes later, (Y/N) finds himself approaching the entrance to the training grounds. It's times like this that the place is expected to have less people in, as those who frequently use it would be out in the field.
For (Y/N), this is a perfect time to start.
No one would see him when he screws himself up.
As he smiles at the lucky opportunity in front, his legs began to slow down until he stops walking completely.
"Wait a minute... but I can only gain access to the facility when it's my turn. There has to be a schedule for when I can come and use it."
He basically turned into a statue where he was standing, good thing he wore his helmet and no one can see how unsettling he's feeling. After feeling like the badass main character of a show, set on reclaiming his lost glory, reality strikes him.
To his growing frustration, he holds his head with both hands in a tight grip.
"Ultimately I would still have to get through "her"!"
From holding onto his head, (Y/N) started scratching the surface of his helmet furiously. "AAAARRRGGGGGGGGHH!!!!!!"
Of course, there are still people inside the landship. As they are about to pass by, some stopped for a bit, but everyone would choose to leave him alone and proceed on their way. All while keeping distance from him.
(Y/N) doesn't give a damn about them though.
He kept scratching on the poor helmet protecting his actual head from having what would have gave him a few red lines on the skin. "Damn it!!!"
Eventually he stops. But then, with his feet and now even his arms feeling heavy, he approaches the nearest wall.
A few personnel that just came to the area stopped and watched as the doctor rested the top of his head against the wall.
"What happened to him?"
"I feel bad for the Doctor..."
"Yeah, these past several days, he's had it very rough."
"Is that what this is about?"
With his eyes closed, (Y/N) quietly eavesdrops on the people behind him. "Oh you have no idea what this rampage is about...."
A smirk begins to form on his face. "Yes, rampage. That walking fossil is a nuisance to my plans.."
Seemingly losing his mind, he lets his laughter escape his mouth.
His bitter laughter that then gradually changed from that, to one that sounded uncontrollable.
Fortunately, before he began to sound insane — if he wasn't already, one of the passersby calls him out.
"Doctor (Y/N)?.."
As soon as he heard it, he stopped laughing, but not making any immediate movement.
Taking off his helmet, he turns to whoever called him. A male sarkaz from the logistics based on his uniform. Giving him a frowning look.
Unknown to him, he currently had a menacing expression that made the minds of some five other people about to pass him decide to not stop and investigate further.
