"This, and the five of them..." said (Y/N), referring to his assistants. "What are you planning to do?"
"From now on, your entire goal will be set on those structures. Find out what they are, their purpose. Perhaps then we can learn some valuable information." Kal'tsit tells him with her hands slipped into her pockets. "It is also your objective to bring them down, should they prove themselves to be hindrances to our future operations."
"You want the six of us to go back there?"
"Correct."
(Y/N) immediately felt like something inside him... dropped.
"I have enough amount of confidence that you wouldn't choose these five women for anything other than their good records. Their capabilities are undeniable." she explained. She then eyes on (Y/N)'s assistants, "The five of you, you're in this conversation as well."
None of the women spoke up.
Kal'tsit takes another look at each one of them.
(Y/N) was shaking his head a bit out of hesitance. "I... I understand, and I know they are indeed very capable in their own unique ways. But still, sending them against that thing? Only them? You already saw what happened when I already had a couple more hands at my disposal."
"You don't think the six of you would do the job?..."
He meets the doctor's eyes, still, he's unsure whether she's glaring at him.
"... I think so, too." she continued. "That's why I have a pre-arranged lineup."
(Y/N)'s face clears up a little, hearing that.
Kal'tsit grabs a folder envelope on the table and approaches him.
(Y/N) carefully accepted the folder envelope as she gave it. "These are...?"
"Brief information about the operators you will be working with from now on." Kal'tsit explains while the Doctor already started taking a peek at the contents. "You wouldn't find it hard adapting to them. After all, some of them bear witness to that day, even stood by your side as you fought ice with overwhelming firepower."
(Y/N) swallowed while feeling his hands shaking a bit. He tries his best to calm down. "Why do you keep pushing it on me...?"
"With those same people, I believe you will have lesser burdens in the coming days. Maybe weeks."
"Let's just not keep this going on for a month..." Franka commented.
"It's up to you how you will get out of here as soon as possible. The rest of us will keep with our contract to the city government. All of you will have to sneak through both Reunion and Nansei. Find out the cities secrets, why Reunion easily poured into the north when the city is in possession of such a powerful weapon."
(Y/N) gasped. "Really, sounds easier said than done."
"Any other questions?"
"I have one..." (Y/N) looks at everyone else, ensuring no one else had anything to ask. "I'm not sure how I- we should operate? And, if a time comes, could I add more to the team?"
"That's two." Mostima whispered with her arms crossed.
He gives the sankta a quick glare before Kal'tsit spoke.
"You will be enjoying independence greater than the rest of our military squads. My intended purpose for your group is to be able to operate remotely for a long period of time. We can't risk having you going back and forth between the landship and your area of operations when it is clearly suggested in the contract that Rhodes Island should only be present at the demilitarized zone."
