(Yui's POV)

Time had passed since the man had left me alone. I already knew that it was probably the next day. I had woken up to the door opening slowly and the woman walking in with a tray of food.

???(Woman): Finish this by the time I get back.

She turned to walk away as I quickly stood up and pulled out the metal rod from under my shirt and striking her with all my might. She collapsed on the ground as I held onto the rod tightly before looking up to make sure no one was around.

I quickly ran out the room with the rod and into the hallway of the place. It was dark and the floor was surprisingly made out of metal. It was like some strange scientific facility. With every step I took, the sound of my feet patting the floor sent little echo's down the long and narrow hallways.

I began to gain a bit of strength and ran through the halls trying to find a way out. Every so often I would see a few masked "Anbu" walking in different hallways as I tried to hide from them. I could tell that this place was going to be difficult to leave since most of the exits had seals or barriers on them. I exhaled and tried to calm myself before running some more.
Though, it didn't take long before loud alarms rang through the halls and bright red lights enveloped the narrow paths. I quickly ran to one of the exits with a barrier before trying to force it open. Ramming my shoulder into the metal door didn't do much except leave a few dents behind.

???(Anbu): Get him!!

I quickly turned and saw a group of men coming towards me. I could almost feel a small smirk form on my face as I held onto the metal rod from earlier and began bashing their heads in with it. Though my strength and chakra was limited, I just wanted to get out of here.

(Author's POV)

Through all the commotion, one man stood in the distance and watched while smirking slightly under his mask. He slowly pulled out a small remote from his side pocket and gently clicked the small black button on the corner of it. His devious grin only widened as the bloodcurdling screams echoed through the halls.

???(Woman): We should have his room moved to another location in the facility. He could easily find this exit next time.

The man stayed quiet while listening to the screams and cries from a distance before releasing the button as the cries became lesser.

He turned to the woman who was holding a bloody towel against the back of her head.

???(Woman): Do you want me to tell them to change his room location.

???(Masked Man): It won't be nessasary. Especially since he'll be staying with me for now on. I can't risk this vessel getting away now can I?

The woman's half-lidded eyes looked up at him in boredem.

???(Woman): Do you already have the things prepared for the experiment?

He simply nodded and walked away from the woman and towards the direction of Yui's pants and whimpers before coming across his helpless body lying against the metal floors. He went down on one knee and got close to Yui's face.

???(Masked Man): I want you to understand something, Yui. You don't have the freedoms you once had out there. In here, you play by my rules and do what I say. Try to run away again and I promise that i'll make your stay here a living hell. Got it?

Yui weakly looked up at the man with rage-filled eyes. His jaw clenched as he spit blood on the white mask of the man.

Yui: Go to f-fucking hell.
