Kisame had woken up the next day to Itachi missing from the bed. He just assumed that he went to the bathroom, but when 30 minutes passed by Itachi never showed up. That's when Kisame finally sat up and stretched before noticing that the bathroom light was off the whole time.

Kisame: Where could he have gone, it's only 7 am.

He stood up and opened the room door and looked down the hallway. There in front of Katsumi's bedroom door slept Itachi. He was leaned up against the wall with only a small blanket covering his legs.
Kisame frowned softly at the sight and walked over carefully before shaking Itachi's arm softly. Itachi's lip parted slightly as he awoke slowly.

Kisame: Morning, I didn't expect to see you here.

Itachi: Sorry, I was just trying to check up on Katsumi, but he locked the door.

Kisame: It's fine, but you might get sick just sleeping out here.

Itachi nodded and stood up before stretching. He looked back at Katsumi's door one more time before sighing.

Itachi: I hope this person you are talking about will be able to help us figure out more about Katsumi's abilities.

Kisame: I hope so too, but I forgot to mention something.

Itachi: And what is that?

Kisame chuckled nervously before grabbing Itachi's hand.

Kisame: He is a strange guy, so if you feel in any way uncomfortable just let me know and we can come back home.

Itachi nodded before heading downstairs to cook while Kisame prepared their to-go bags. They were hoping to come back that night, but the journey just might end up taking them two days or more.

After breakfast Kisame was washing the dishes when he heard someone knocking at the door. He could hear Itachi going to open it before Yui's voice practically boomed throughout the house.

Yui: OH MY GOSH WHERE IS MY CHILD?!?!!!

Madara: Do you have to be so damn loud?

Itachi held back his laughter as Yui tried bashing Madara's head, but Madara simply dodged it.

Madara: So how long are you planning to be gone, I wouldn't be able to stand staying in the same place with Yui for so long.

Kisame: Haven't you been traveling with Yui for almost 3 years? I think you'll be just fine old man, but I think we'll be gone for 2-3 days.

Madara groaned while Yui just stood and looked around.

Itachi: I already prepared the guest rooms for you two, and I prepared some meals for the 2-3 days, so don't worry about cooking. You can just reheat the food.

Yui: Madara will do that, I just wanna see Katsumi.

Itachi: He's in his room still sleeping I suppose. He hasn't come out.

Kisame: I think we should go now; we don't want to take more days to get there.

Itachi nodded and followed Kisame out the door.

Yui: Finally they're gone. Now I can see Katsumi.

Madara: You go do that. I'll be in my room sleeping.

Yui turned to Madara who began walking away.

Yui: You're not gonna help babysit asshole?!?

Madara: As a matter a fact no. You dragged me out to come and do this. I didn't want to.
