Rafe

After getting drenched in the rain, I grabbed Reese's hand, and we ran to the house. When we reached the house, we ran upstairs. Before Reese went into her bedroom to change, I pulled her to me and crashed my lips into hers.

Reese broke from our kiss. "We need to change before we get sick."

"Okay." I kissed her again until she pushed me away and went into her bedroom.

I hurried to my room to dry off and change my clothes. After changing, I opened the door as Reese had her fist in the air. I pulled her to me, crashed my lips into hers, and put my hand in the back of her head. Reese molded into my body as we kissed. I kicked the door closed, walked her over to the bed, and lay her down while never breaking our kiss.

Eventually, we broke from our kiss and gazed into each other's eyes.

"Hi," I whispered.

Reese giggled. "Hi, yourself."

"Can I tell you something?"

Reese creased her brows.

"I hate running."

Reese's brows raised as we laughed. "What will I do with you?"

"I can think of many things."

Reese arched her brow at me.

"But we have time." I smiled.

"I waited this long for you. I can wait a little longer."

I leaned down and pressed my lips to hers. Our lips moved in sync with each other. After enjoying each other's lips, I broke from our kiss and hovered over Reese. "Are you allergic to shellfish?"

"No, why?"

I moved off of Reese, stood up, and pulled my cellphone out of my pocket. Reese propped herself up on her elbows.

"Yeah, I would like to place an order."

Do I have Door Dash written on my forehead?

"No, but you owe me."

For what?

"For a lousy date. The girl ran out on me, and I had to chase after her."

It's my fault that you can't land a chick like normal people.

"You guarantee customer satisfaction. I wasn't satisfied."

Are you freaking kidding me?

"Nope."

Raphael.

"Should I call our mother and explain how you screwed up this date?"

Make sure you tell her what a little bitch you're being.

"Ta ta, don't make me write a nasty review about your services."

Romeo groaned. Fine. What do you want?

"I want an order of seafood pasta, a salad with Italian dressing, rolls, and pop."

Anything else, your highness?

I put my hand over my phone and looked at Reese. "Do you want dessert?"

"I wouldn't mind the treats from the bakery."

I removed my hand. "Oh, and bring the treats and roses from the bakery. My girl deserves her treat."

Reese raised her brows in surprise.

You weren't kidding about making Reese your girl.

"Pft, I'm not like our lame-o cousins." I ended the call, walked over to the bed, and sat next to Reese.
